Welcome to Waterloo Tennis Club

A warm welcome to club members, potential members and casual browsers.

The new 2010 season, from a social and competitive point of view, is fast approaching.

We have six good quality Astroturf Tennis courts that are available during daylight hours through the week and at weekends, although matches are

played on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. A match requires three courts. We have five Men’s teams, two Ladies teams and a mixed team.

We also have a function room and licensed bar. The Function room is available for hire for small parties or celebrations and there is

parking for about twenty cars.

Tennis News 2009

· Waterloo team wins division 9 of the Southport and District league.

· Two “three hour” quick tournaments have been held so far this summer. The Men’s Singles was won by Paul Mainey and the

plate by Steve Haworth. The Mixed Doubles won by Roy and Trisha Thomas
